By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Orena, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use Orena on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Accounts and service use

• You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You may not misuse the service, interfere with normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit protected features except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Wellness disclaimer

Orena provides general wellness and face yoga guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have pain, injury, or a medical concern, consult a qualified professional before continuing.

4. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

• Premium access is offered through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Trial availability, pricing, renewal timing, and product details may change over time.
• Renewal, cancellation, refund handling, and billing rules are governed by Apple and your App Store account settings.
• Access to premium features may end if a subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails.

5. User content and analysis inputs

Photos, progress records, and analysis uploads you submit remain yours. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that content to operate the service for your account, generate progress views, and provide personalized recommendations.

6. Intellectual property

Orena and its content, branding, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, we keep all rights, title, and interest in the app and related materials.

7. Service availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time to improve quality, maintain security, or meet operational needs.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms other users, or threatens the security or stability of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orena is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
