Answers before you need to contact support.

Use this page to recover access, understand Apple billing, manage permissions, and remove your data without digging through long policy text.

Account

Use the same email address or Google sign-in method you used before to reconnect your account.
If premium access is missing after you sign in, try Restore Purchases from inside the app.
If you were signed out unexpectedly, signing in again usually refreshes the session.

Billing

Apple manages billing, renewal timing, cancellations, and refunds for in-app subscriptions.
Restore Purchases reconnects your Apple purchase to the current Orena account after login.
If you need a refund, use Apple’s subscription history or Report a Problem flow first.

Photos

Orena works best with a clear, front-facing photo for analysis and consistent progress check-ins.
Progress photos stay tied to your account and the permissions granted on your device.
If a report looks wrong, note the date and screen name before contacting support.

Permissions

Camera access is used for new analysis captures and progress photos.
Photo library access is used when you upload an image or save a progress record locally.
Notification access is used only for reminders you enable, and can be changed in iOS Settings.

Deletion

You can request account deletion from inside the app or through Support.
Deleting your account is different from cancelling an Apple subscription; future billing must be stopped in Apple settings.
If you cannot access the app anymore, contact support and include the account email you want reviewed.
