Account and access

Login, sessions, and recovery

  • Use email or Google sign-in to restore your progress history and premium access.
  • If the app asks you to sign in again, your session may have expired and can usually be refreshed by logging in once more.
  • When writing to support, include the sign-in email and a short description of what happened.

Purchases

Apple subscription guidance

  • Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase.
  • After signing in, you can restore purchases inside the app if premium access does not appear.
  • Cancellation, renewal timing, and refunds are managed from your Apple ID subscription settings.

Progress and analysis

Photos, reminders, and reports

  • Progress photos and face analysis records are tied to your account and the permissions granted on your device.
  • If reminders stop arriving, first check notification permission and your selected reminder time.
  • If a report looks wrong, share the date and the screen name so support can review the correct record.
